Low/No Refrigerant Error
The system's refrigerant is either low or nonexistent. This can result from unopened refrigerant valves.
Error at Start Up
- Ensure that the refrigerant valves are open at both the air handler(s) and condenser.
- All ACiQ condensers come precharged with a limited amount of refrigerant. Review the unit's documentation and make sure enough refrigerant was added to the system as needed based on the system's total line set length.
- Once all refrigerant valves are open and the proper amount of refrigerant is believed to be in the system, check the system and line set for leaks.
Error During Normal Operation
- Perform a leak check on the system.
- If no leak is present, reach back out to the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting and part replacement as necessary.
