WiFi Dongle Malfunction
The WiFi dongle within the air handler is not installed or is not communicating with the control board. This error occurs when AP mode is active.
Error at Start Up
- Ensure that the WiFi dongle's wiring harness is connected to the air handler's control board.
Error During Normal Operation
- If WiFi has been successfully connected before, ensure that the WiFi dongle's wiring harness is connected to the air handler's control board in case it came loose during maintenance or operation.
- If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting or part replacement.
