Top Temperature Protection of Compressor
The compressor in the condenser is detecting that the outdoor ambient temperature is too high for the condenser to function safely.
Error at Start Up and Error During Normal Operation
- Check the outdoor temperature with an independent thermometer. If the temperature is higher than the rated maximum temperature for your unit to operate, the unit will not turn on.
- If the outdoor temperature is lower than the maximum rated temperature, reach out to the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting or part replacement.
