Control Board in Condenser is Not Receiving Feedback from EEPROM Chip
The microprocessor in the condenser is not in communication with the control board in the condenser or air handler.
Error at Start Up
- Ensure wiring is accurate to both the condenser and air handler.
- If the problem persists, shut off the power supply and turn it on 2 minutes later.
Error during normal operation
- Shut off the power supply to the unit and turn it on 2 minutes later.
- If the problem persists, replace the condenser main control board.
