Indoor Room Temperature Sensor "T3" is in Open Circuit or has Short Circuited
The indoor room temperature sensor "T3" reads a temperature that is outside of safe operation parameters or it has short circuited.

With an independent thermometer, measure the temperature of the room where the PTAC unit is installed in. Record the temperature as well as what the unit's screen is reading the room's temperature if applicable, and reach out to the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting or part replacement.
