Drive-By-Wire Control Failure
The wiring in the PTAC unit has come loose, causing electrical currents to travel to parts of the unit that should not have electricity traveling to at the time.
Error at Start Up or During Normal Operation
- If the electric heating and compressor are on but the 4-way valve is off, ensure that the wiring between the control board and dipswitch board are wired correctly.
- Reach out to the manufacturer if the problem persists for additional troubleshooting or part replacement.
