Refrigerant Sensor Detects Leakage or Sensor is Out of Range

The refrigerant sensor on the unit is detecting a leak or there is a communication error with the sensor.

Error at Start Up or During Normal Operation

  • Disconnect the unit from power, and then turn it back on 5 minutes later.
  • If the problem persists, check the system for leaks. Repair any leaks found and recharge the refrigerant to appropriate levels.
  • Reach out to the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting or part replacement if the problem persists.
