Room Temperature is Lower than Display Range

The indoor room temperature is lower than what the display screen can display (0 C or 32 F).

Error at Start Up or During Normal Operation

  • Measure the room's temperature with an independent thermometer to check if it is below this threshold. If it is below the standard operating temperature range, the unit will not operate.
  • If the temperature in the room is not below this threshold, reach out to the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting or part replacement.
